1. Eligibility Period
- Returns can be requested within 15 days of receiving the item, or up to 90 days from the order date, depending on the item-specific policy.
- Only products marked with the “Free Return” badge are eligible for unconditional returns.
2. Free Return Conditions
- Items with a “Free Return” mark on the product page are eligible for one free return per order, regardless of the reason.
- If returning multiple items from the same order, the first return is free; additional items may incur shipping charges.
- Excessive or abusive return activity (generally more than 5 free returns per month or as defined by AliExpress) may result in shipping charges or policy restrictions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made products, perishable goods (fresh food, etc.), underwear, virtual items (gift cards, game keys), and certain services or reservations are not eligible for returns.
- Returns may be declined if the product or packaging is damaged, incomplete, or missing tags or accessories.
4. Return & Refund Procedures
- Submit a Request: Go to your “My Orders” page, select the order, and click “Return/Refund.” State the reason and desired solution, and upload supporting documents if needed.
- Dispute Creation: When the dispute is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label. Download the label and send the item to the designated address.
- Inspection & Refund: After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refund timelines depend on your payment method.
5. Important Notes
- Free return is limited to one per order. If returning multiple items to the same seller, request a return for all items together.
- Failure to include original packaging, tags, or accessories may delay or prevent your refund.
- Sending returns without the official label or to incorrect addresses will make you ineligible for shipping refunds and may result in rejection.
